Audience Survey Giveaway Terms

GIVEAWAYS

If you participate in our Headphones.com Sign Up promotions and giveaways (the “Giveaways”) you fully accept these general terms and conditions of Headphones.com (“GT&C”) and you acknowledge that you fulfill all eligibility requirements.

 

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility is limited to residents of the United States of America and Canada, excluding Quebec. If you are under the age of 18 you will have to obtain the approval of your parents or legal guardians to enter the Giveaways. Headphones.com may ask you, at any stage, to provide us with proof of age and/or identity and/or proof of such approval, if relevant. Headphones.com may exclude any participants who are not able to provide such proof. Employees of Headphones.com are not eligible to participate.

 

DATE OF GIVEAWAYS

The current Giveaway window shall start on December 22nd, 2022 and end January 10th, 2023.

 

HOW TO ENTER

Enter your information through our web pop up and confirm your information to enter.

 

THE WINNER

The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by email in the month following the conclusion of the giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours, Headphones.com reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Headphones.com’ decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.

 

PRIZE

The promotional prize shall be one of three (3) $100 Headphones.com Gift Card as indicated on the Headphones.com give away pop up. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Giveaway each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Headphones.com, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.

 

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Headphones.com reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any time or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have immediate effect upon the publication thereof.
