Who is Headphones.com?
Headphones.com was founded in 2016 by brothers Taron and Andrew Lissimore with the goal of creating the headphone store they wished existed.
In 2018 they bought Headphone.com (without the s) which was started in the 1990s by Tyll Hertsens and integrated it into Headphones.com.
They founded The HEADPHONE Community forum in 2018 and it has become one of the most active Headphone communities on the internet.

Why should I buy from you instead of Amazon?
Amazon is a huge company that does many things well. However they are not built to help people buy high-end headphones. Each member of our team loves headphones and is here to help you find your dream setup. We are authorized dealers for every brand we sell and we cap it all off with 365-day returns so you can really take the time to make sure a piece of gear is right for you.
What is your price-matching policy?
How does your 365-Day return policy work?
Please read our refund policy for all of the details of our 365-day return policy.
What are your business hours?
We are open from 9am to 6pm (PST) Monday to Friday and we're closed on holidays.
Where in the world is your phone number?
Some people are more comfortable communicating with a company over the phone and we understand that. However we found that we were able to provide consistently better service through asynchronous communication like chat and email. So we made the tough decision to remove phone support. Giving up phone support gave us the resources to offer ultra-responsive email and chat support.
If you really want to talk to us on the phone you can contact us and ask for a call back.
