Who is Headphones.com?
Headphones.com was founded in 2016 by brothers Taron and Andrew Lissimore with the goal of creating the headphone store they wish existed.
In 2018 they bought Headphone.com (without the s) which was started in the 1990s by Tyll Hertsens and integrated it into Headphones.com.
They founded The HEADPHONE Community forum in 2018 which has become one of the most active Headphone communities on the internet.
Headphones.com has been featured in CNET and a Shopify Masters podcast and is also a proud sponsor of the World Wide Hearing foundation and Head-fi.org.

How do I pay with Bitcoin?

How much does shipping cost?

How long can I expect to wait to receive my order after it is placed?
In stock items are shipped within 1 business day. If you need something expedited, contact us and we'll try to get it out even faster.

What is your price-matching policy?
We will match the price of any authorized dealer. Contact us or live chat and we'll help you process your purchase. In some cases a price may be too low for us to match, but we'll let you know.
We have a 30-day price guarantee on all items eligible for return. For items marked "Final Sale", we will issue a store credit up to a maximum of $100. Open Box items and Special Order items are not eligible for our price guarantee.
