Retail Headsets are brand new headsets in the manufacturer's original first packaging, supplied complete with full manufacturer's warranty.

Opened Box Headsets are headsets that have been tested to be sure they're perfect and repackaged. They may have been short-term display models, or have been unpacked and returned by direct marketing buyers. These headsets are in perfect new condition and carry the full and usual warranty.
